I love how pretty and elegant these garden-themed cupcakes turned out. This is a sampling of them that I made for a 25th anniversary celebration. They were decorated to match the yellow and green colour scheme of the event with various handmade sugar flowers, including roses, calla lilies and daisies. Flavours were a mix of vanilla with chocolate buttercream, and my new personal favourite – chocolate with Bailey’s buttercream.
