The client asked for a Jimmy Buffet inspired cake. It should have the following elements- clock set at 5 o’clock, parrot, flip flops , margarita glass, sand, mile marker 0 sign, tropical flowers and bamboo! Whew! A lot of stuff to put on a cake! My edible ink printer was a life saver! I printed out the clock which had the glass on its face, I used the printer for the pattern on the flip flops and the Mile marker sign. The parrot is hand sculpted and the bamboo hand rolled. First time making hibiscus flowers .
