2ft tall castle cake! Completely edible apart from the pony toys that were provided by the customer. The rainbow on the left was a challenge! But I was really happy with the end result, and most importantly the little girl lived it, yay!

Hi Amanda it just looks so magical… I guess it’s the air brushing that’s making it look like that. Is the castle also cake ?

Hi! No the castle is hollow I made it out of fondant with a bit of tylose added. Xx
