I was given a picture to copy although the angels were changed so it’s slightly different and also the little chapel on top is made from chocolate as I told the client that I would not be able to make it like the one in the picture as it looked like it was entirely royal icing which is something I’m not good at (pretty much zero experience). The royal icing piping around the edge is my first time and I’m happy with how it turned out, My dear friend Linasari (Sweetlin) recommended a book to learn techniques in royal icing and it sure came in handy for this, the book is by Eddie Spence and it’s called the art of royal icing.
