Here’s my newest Black and White cake. The ballerina cake. This cake has a super special meaning for me. It was a dream some years ago when I was struggling with cakes. I dreamt of a ballerina dancing in a room full of lights. Suddenly the lights went off, but the ballerina kept on dancing. It was like she was radiating light. Meaning…. keep on fighting for whatever you love.

Looking back at my cakes I created this year… wow…. Finally I had a chance to create what I dreamt into cake. This is my creation. Hope you like it.
