Happy Easter everybody!
This was the birthday cake a friend ordered for his girlfriend as a funny surprise! She likes greek folklore music, she frequents the festivals in her village up in the mountains and her birthday coincided with the Easter holidays. All these had to be incorporated into the cake :)
So here it is! Bouzouki, clarinet, tabor under colourful lamps, tied on willow branches for festivals held in the village’s stone square. In a corner, lamb and sausages in the spit above the fire, a tradition for the greek Easter.
