Rainbow ruffle

This 3 tier Mini 5,4,3inch mud cake was ordered by a regular customer that always lets me create whatever I like.
All she stated was, Bright and an Owl.
I wanted to keep the design simple so I thought I would incorporate some Americolor Electric colour rainbow ruffles to the cake
