This is one of my favorite cakes and my first try at making roses. I made this for my mother-in-law’s 80th birthday. It is a very small cake. The tier sizes are only 7-5-3, with only one layer of filling per tier. It was only 25 servings! Thank you for looking and Happy Hump Day!
