This is the most beautiful cake I have ever been asked to create and although very challenging, I have loved every minute of it!
The base tier is a fruit cake baked by the bride’s grandmother. The second tier is a chocolate truffle and the top two are lemon with white poppy seed. Each tier was buttercream crumbed and then ganached and I used Squire’s sugarpaste which is phenomenal to work with. :-)
