I am a 49 year old mum of 7 whose passion for baking has developed through numerous birthday cakes for my children. My business has grown rapidly over the last year and I am now running workshops, which I love.
Although I would never turn an order away, my true love is flowers and colour.
I have never had any sort of training in cake making and everything I have achieved has been through buying LOTS and LOTS of books and plenty of trial and errror!
