I love quilting it is probably my favorite thing to do on a cake but I hade never done the circles before so thought this was a great opportunity. When my circles did not meet I thought I was in trouble but I then I went with making that the actual feature of the front tier, who new it could work out so well, lol. Cake layers are chocolate with top tier having a girl scout cookies thin mint buttercream and the bottom tier an oreos buttercream.
