For my lovely Auntie Pearl ! Crazy busy week but thought I would post my favourite cake . This cake is for my fab Auntie Pearl who has set up a gorgeous little place by the seaside and we are visiting tomoro so I thought a cake would be better than a card ! This cake is vanilla and cinnamon and after experimenting I have at last found a ganache that I like ( I really dislike dark chocolate ) made up of galaxy chocolate 3 to 1 cream it set beautifully and tastes dreamy !
