Bertie has been quite a project for me! He stands at over 2ft tall and is my first cake using both an internal structure and modelling chocolate. It’s been quite a learning curve! He’s not perfect but I’m really proud of him. I never thought I’d be taking a selfie with a 2ft tall Bertie cake! Thanks for looking :)
