This has been my biggest cake project so far for my friend’s wedding! Five chocolate fudge cakes from 6" to 12" filled and covered with chocolate ganache, baileys and caramel fillings.
I used cake lace for the middle tier with a monogram and then hand crafted roses and wired cherry blossoms from florist paste.

The cake had to travel approx 300miles from Kent to Yorkshire and I assembled in site! Nerve wracking or what.
The cake perfectly complimented her Pride and Prejudice style wedding and the colours and flowers in her bouquet.
