Remember, I had mentioned about 2 back to back orders? Well, this is the second of the lot from the back to back mayhem. “Wrapped Amethyst”, a token of love from a loving brother (Saurabh) from Pune to a dear sister ( Shikha) on her wedding day! A 4 tier, standing 26 inches tall, the cake traveled yet again the very next day of the delivery of Lacey Elegance to Quilon(Kollam). The texture and layout of the cake is inspired by a reference pic( not watermarked) sent by my client. Credits to the artist. But of course, as always, I gave this one a twist of my own with flowers, the floating effect and the intricate sugar lace. A pretty colour, a mix of Amethyst and Mauve with sheen. The rose ruffles on the bottom most tier took me a lifetime to complete. Top tier being 6 inches tall was adorned with beautiful sugar Gardenia flowers.
