My very first Quinceañera cake and first 4 tier cake, even though bottom tier is just a dummy tier. Loved the color scheme I was given for this cake. I was also shown another cake that they originally wanted replicated but seeing as I hate copying anyone’s work I mixed it up a bit to try to make it my own. Thank you to “the Hudson Cakery” for the customers inspirational design. Top tier is vanilla, second tier is chocolate, choc/chip with caramel fleur de sel filling and choc ganache and third tier is strawberry.

Thank you Marlene, Time for Tiffin and Laura your words are always so kind. Colors really popped once I steamed it, I was really amazed at how bright they turned out.
