Had my reservations about this cake to start with but loved how it turned out in the end. The customer had promised her partner a ‘Rolex’ for his birthday – I was a little worried he was going to be seriously disappointed with an edible version but apparently he loved it! I even managed to get the correct date on the watch face which made the whole design just perfect & to top it all I had no fear of spelling my customers name wrong as she shared mine!
