This cake is styled as an old Cayman cottage. Unfortunately most of these have been torn down and very few exist today. The cake was ordered for a builder and features the Cayman Christmas yard . The Christmas yard was made by adding sand and conch shells to the yard. For this cake I used a sugar and rice crispy sand and the conch shells were made of fondant. There is an iguana on the roof as our roofs always seem to have at least one of these guys hanging out!
