Has anybody noticed a change in the taste of FONDX? I have noticed an really bad taste now and it used to be soooo good. Just ordered a new bucket and it is awful tasting I think. Just wondering.

out for a while

i just wanted to say that sadly i won’t be doing cakes for a while as i took a bad fall and broke my right wrist and am right handed. Poor time of the year for this to happen :( I will try to check in and see all the beautiful cakes you all do...

Can you refridgerate a cake with fondant on it?

I think you can but want to be sure if I do, that when I take it out of the refrigerator, it won’t get wet or something. I just want the cake to be firm when I transport it. Please any help?

Double barrel cake

Would three 6" tiers stacked together be called a double barrel cake, and I’d like to know if I can just stack all three layers together filled with buttercream, or do I need to have any supports ? Thanks for helping me :)
