Modeling chocolate

I have not made or used modeling chocolate yet, but I want to give it a try. I know it’s melted chocolate and karo syrup, but I don’t know how much of each. Can someone please help me? Thanks!

Hi jan, this is the site I got my recipe from and it works for me.
The general rule is thet your modelling choc is only as good as the quality of chocolate you buy.

Time for Tiffin ...

i use a 1lb of chocolate to 7tbsps of golden syrup, love modelling chocolate use it for all my models now had to make black just the other day!
