Hi Nuria! I always use squires also, I love it and have never really had a problem with it. I get some breakage but I guess that is normal! I have recently bought some florist paste called Premium or platinum florist paste? I haven’t tried it yet but I think a lot of the really good flower makers use it and it is meant to be very good! Try google it, if you have trouble finding it let me know and I will get you the proper name and make, (sorry haven’t got it to hand at the mo) I hope this helps! :-) x

I tried Sainsbury’s own brand and was surprised to find it is amazing! I now buy instead of Squires.

Judy

No way? Ok that’s interesting and will be on my list x

I’ll be interested to see what you think. If a lot of the roses will be on a dummy and not eaten, couple you use cold porcelain? So much more durable.

Judy

My favourite for flowers is Squires but it can be pricey, a cheaper alternative is Renshaws modelling paste, fabulous quality for the price. x
