Buttercream wreath cake using frozen roses

Hi all,

I filmed a quick vid showing how you can take premade, frozen bc roses and leaves and assemble a wreath cake in a matter of minutes. I’ve found this technique very useful to use up spare buttercream by piping and freezing roses, then being able to whip up a great looking cake last minute, without mixing colours or prepping piping bags or anything. Hope you find it useful seeing just how easy this technique can be. You can also practice your roses at your leisure and without pressure, and keep the most beautiful ones :) yup, I’m a fan of this little trick.

Best wishes,
Sawsen

And how to make the flowers in the first place using a Russian tip for the centre:

If you don’t want to use the Russian tip you can use the technique shown in my buttercream bouquet cake here: https://youtu.be/cjG_dCi6fPs
and the leaf piping tutorial again is here (just in case you need them)
