Tool Review - best scrapers EVER!
The best scrapers in the world, in my humble opinion (hehe!), are these clear scrapers from Janet O’Sullivan. They come in three sizes and have a bevelled edge. The tallest is big enough for even the highest double barreled cakes and the bevelled edge means they’re also rather nifty for stencilling too. Because they’re clear you can see what’s happening on the other side, a huge advantage!
I’m able to achieve straight edges without turning my cakes with these wonder scrapers, they are a nice weight and feel good to use – I can think of no negatives.

Did you have to pay import tax Mel?
I actually won mine in a comp Janet ran when she re branded, she paid the postage but there wasn’t any tax.
