This was my entry to Cake International that won me Silver. The ruffle effect for the skirt (which was 2 cake dummies) took me over 10 hours to complete. The plain bit in the middle of the skirt, I airbrushed with a metallic paint and the pearls were handed painted with white pearl lustre. The piping detail on the bodice I used white snowflake to give the sparkly effect.
