Cat In The Hat

This is my son Solomon’s first birthday cake. His party was Dr. Seuss themed but his cake was all about “The Cat In The Hat”. It was one of his first books and I thought it would be a really cool theme for a cake. I have seen other Cat In The Hat cakes but wanted to make this my own design, just for Solomon. The top tier is a giant cupcake because I always called him my “cupcake” while he was baking in my tummy
