I feel honoured to have had my Tale of Johnny Twon Mouse cake featured in Cake Central Magazine’s Beatrix Potter issue (vol 4, issue 6)! The basket weave on the top and bottom tiers were hand rolled, cut and pieced. The painted vignettes on the middle tier depict scenes from the story. Timmy Willie, the strawberries and peas were modeled from fondant and the leaf umbrella from gumpaste.
