This is Sally’s second cake. It was supposed to have a chocolate wrap but the transfer didn’t come off cleanly so I opted to ciover the cake in a white chocolate ganache buttercream and lace and to be honest it looks far prettier. The main cake is a chocolate truffle with chocolate ganache buttercream. Yum yum :-)
