A first birthday cake for a little girl named Beatrix. This is a vanilla buttermilk cake with fresh raspberries and white chocolate ganache. Didn’t want to focus on one character, so included a few bits and pieces from various books, but mostly around Peter Rabbit and Benjamin Bunny and their exploits in Mr McGregor’s garden.
