This cake was made for a romantic Spanish style wedding. The mint tiers were wrapped in die cut rice/wafer paper sheets to mimic a papel picado flags. On the whites tiers I used a dry brush technique with gold lustre to give it an aged striae effect. The oversized flowers are made from rice/wafer paper. Fondant braid detailing at tier bases. And for good luck I added a sugar Milagros charm to accent the top tier.
