This is a carrot cake made for a lady who wanted a plain and simple carrot cake with just icing… Two hours or less prior to picking it up, she called to ask if I could add few decorations for the kids… Came up with this. I had done the rabbit few days earlier as a practice for Easter, so used it here… A simple carrot cake!
