A birthday cake for a lady that loves to bake :) A girl after my own heart! Wondering which part is the cake? :) The large mixing bowl and sugar pot of course! Everything on this cake is edible – the board was covered in fondant and made to resemble a wooden counter top, the silver measuring spoons, recipe card and wooden spoon are handmade with sugar paste and the book cover (the birthday girl’s favourite) was printed on marshmallow paper. It’s so nice when men order cakes for their wives or girlfriends, a special recipe found on a novelty pie dish seemed fitting for this special occasion…so sweet!
