Apart from my 2 little girls, I have 2 very special lady loves in my life and one of them is Leanne, who has been my best friend for the past 20 years or so. During my break from caking, I didn’t create Leanne’s cake for her son’s one month so, feeling a bit guilty, I decided to create this birthday cake based on this guilty pleasure of Leanne’s since she likes to raid my freezer for ice cream every time she comes over to my house!
