I haven’t decorated a cake in over a year and really had no desire to. However, my sister-in-law’s 65th birthday was today. I could not let such a milestone birthday pass without a cake. Decided to try a sugar sheet but wasn’t sure it would hold up to SMBC. I should have prepared more sugar so that it would go all the way around. Added some cold porcelain flowers I made some time ago and called it a day. the birthday girl loves chocolate so chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache and frosted with strawberry SMBC.
