This year’s gift for my neighbors. They have had a rough year with health issues. Wanted to make her one that would make her smile. Since she loves snowmen, I decided to make snowmen and I love the toppers by Brenda Walton. I remembered seeing this one and tried to duplicate it. Had lots of fun with this one. Cake is chocolate cake, filled with caramel cheesecake with chopped Twix cookies, frosted in chocolate smbc and marshmallow fondant. The husband’s favorite cake is chocolate. So design is for her and flavor for him, 😀
