I present to you Calatina, she is my contribution to a precious collaboration “Couture Cakers International Collaboration 2019”, this year inspired by the typical regional costumes of each country. My inspiration has been the costume of “fallera”, regional dress of the Valencian community (Spain). I chose this particular costume because of its elegance and majesty, because I wanted to dedicate it and give it to a great friend and person who is a lover of this beautiful land and its costumes. My dear Catalina Anghel is coming for you, soon it will be in your hands! And a thousand thanks to Heba for counting on me for this adventure. Mi inspiración ha sido el traje de “fallera”, vestido regional de la comunidad Valenciana (España). Elegí este traje en concreto además de por su elegancia y majestuosidad, porque se lo quería dedicar y regalar a una gran amiga y persona que es amante de esta preciosa tierra y sus trajes.
