Raquel García

Sugar Artist, born in 1979 in Spain. With 8 years of experience in the world of Cake Design. Completely self-taught. Her learning process was based on testing and experimenting with different materials and repeating the pieces a thousand times until she achieved her goal. She is a lover of modelling and plastic chocolate, especially loves sculpting faces. She won the gold medals in the "Small Decorative" category at "Cake International Birmingham" 2018 and 2019. She was a guest at the "The Lekki Cake" 2017 and 2018 fair in Nigeria. He was a finalist in the Cake Master Awards in two categories in 2019: Best Artist in the Sculptured Cake Award and Best Collaboration in the Collaboration Award.
Winner of two online competitions from a well-known brand of cake designer products.
Has participated over the last three years in multiple private collaborations, directing five of them.
Official Spanish Ambassador of the "Italy International Cake Show".
Official judge at the Italy Cake Show".
I have had the pleasure of being able to work as a teacher and try to solve the doubts that students have.
Has been featured in several prestigious magazines, in the sweet world, with different step-by-step works.
