My daughter’s birthday is on the 31st but she asked for her cake a little earlier so she could celebrate with her coworkers. Had no idea how I was going to decorate. Decided to try Yener’s technique on the fondant. Although I screwed it up, I still like the result. The peacock in the front is because our last name translated from Portuguese to English is peacock 😆. I know she will love the flavor because she loves chocolate.
