Elephant Cake

I created this cake for an 80th Birthday, the inside is made from a chocolate sponge with dark chocolate ganache, vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam. the head is made from RKT, covered with my favourite Massa Ticino Tropic and the other details were made from Saracino modelling paste, all airbrushed with my dinky doodle!
