I'm an award winning cake maker from Somerset, England, I like to create unique designs for people, particularly models of people and building structure for cakes.
Turning a hobby into a business was never a plan but its led me to this and I'm so pleased it has, since doing so I've worked really hard to learn new skills and try and perfect the ones I already had, I'm still learning everyday.
