Hi guys, this one is from May this year. It was for my friends daughter Chantelle. She has a cake every year and I really enjoyed making her sweet 16 drip cake! 2 tall tiers, bottom is choc Nutella cake, with Nutella ganache. Top is white velvet cake with rasp conserve and mascarpone cream, yum! They are both covered with blue smbc.
This was the first time I’ve made piped meringues, it was so fun playing with the bright colours, also on the cake by request are buenos and sprinkles. The flowers are fresh, I thought they made it a little prettier. Thanks for looking xx
