My inspiration came from the beautiful dress and Floral bouquet that was worn by our own Australian born Princess Mary when she walked down the aisle to her Frederick.
The leaves, made entirely out of wafer paper, reflect the gum leaves from Australia, The flowers are full blown roses and buds made from satin ice. The covering of the cake is out of a 50/50 mix of satin ice and my modelling chocolate. The entire cake stands 6 inches tall!
