Oh my golly, it’s been simply ages since I last posted on CD! I’ve missed you all so much! So good to be back. Been a hectic wedding season and now that winter is approaching I have a bit more time on my hands, so here goes with my first post in a while!

A couple of weeks ago, our precious little granddaughter turned 7 and to celebrate this big day I made her a pastel unicorn cake (top tier fake), unicorn cookies and cupcakes. Absolutely loved the pastel shades and the inspiration from this came from the always beautiful cakes from Wish Upon a Cupcake. Probably my favourite Unicorn cake to date – but then they all are…
