This cake was created for a client obsessed with shoes and Tiffany. She had a lot of Ideas but wanted a clean design so I chose to represent her favourite things as charms surrounding her age on a plaque.Got there in the end.This was my first time making a gumpaste shoe.Learnt a lot in the process and can’t wait to do another.
