16th birthday cake for my niece (her favorite color is purple), bottom tier chocolate mud cake w/cannoli filling, middle vanilla cake with cookies & cream filling, top cinnamon swirl w/cinnamon apple filling, covered in SMBC & MMF—really need to stop trying different recipes for mmf fondant—this one had a very weird texture
