My newest sugar roses are a Clermont Sugar Rose. I have an amazing local florist who showed me these a couple of weeks ago, so naturally I bought one, among some other beauts she had, and copied them into sugar. Now I get a chance to teach these in an upcoming class in March. So looking forward to that.
