Nestled in the Glen of Imaal, in the Garden County of Wicklow, Ireland, I have a deep passion for all things sugarcraft. Every day brings new desings, creations and learning curves.
With over 200 awards for my craft, including a Silver Medal from the World Food Olympics and a Culinary Bakery Cup medal, I am the only Irish person to compete on both the Irish team of chefs, and the Irish team of Bakeries, representing my country.
I compete every year at our National sugarcraft Shows, and travel to Cake International to compete also. I am also a member of the judging panel of the Irish Panel of Chefs.
