I was fortunate to take a class with Marta Torres of The Cookie Lab – Bolachas Decoradas Artesanais and learned many of her techniques where I got to create this gorgeous 3 dimensional sugar cookie made with colored Royal Icing. If you ever get a chance to take one of her classes, IT’S A MUST!!
