Had to make this cake for a groom that wanted to surprise his wife to be.

The groom is a caterer and was using his firm to cater the entire wedding, and had all the desserts arranged, but he knew his wife had always wanted an English style wedding cake (I live in France), and decided to nuy this as a gift for her.

Please excuse the background but the cake was hidden away to be presented later in the evening, so it was not possible to get a good backdrop.
