This was for my friends, John and Demi who tied the knot at the glorious Southend Barns – one of my favourite wedding venues (so much so that I originally suggested it to them!).

It was a pleasure to be able to contribute to their day with this four tier nearly-naked cake, with carrot and orange, lemon, chocolate mud and vanilla tiers all dressed with a variety of purple fruits and some gorgeous fresh flowers provided by the lovely Gracie at The Flower Gallery. I felt like a kid in a sweet shop being able to choose from her broad array of gorgeous blooms… ☺️
