Mr Baker's Cakes

As a full-time primary school teacher in the UK, baking and cake decorating is my break from the mountains of work I inevitably bring home. I still only do it for fun and didn't expect it to become almost as time-consuming as a job in itself! I love experimenting and trying new things and am always learning - I have a lot of you to thank for that, inspiring me to always be more daring and challenge myself.
